3 x Oli Bennet Secret Postcards

We've got 3 secret postcards included in the Oli Bennett Secret Cards charity fundraiser.

Over 100 artists have contributed. There's an online raffle this week, and the 'do' where the vast bulk of the cards will be sold is on 20th June at Westminster School.

Oli Bennett was a young guy who died in the 9/11 attack. A trust (kinda like The Prince's trust) was set up in his name to help other ambitious but underprivileged youngsters.

Upfest 2011

Did a smaller piece this year in the hope it wouldn't take so long. Seems that's not the way it works.

Quite pleased with how this turned out, pretty tight and moist, not the usual mess. :D

Wanted to do another piece Sunday but the rain said no.

Mucho thanks to Steve, Jake, Emma & Kim, plus supporting cast for another great weekend. Lots of stuff still to buy on the Upfest site, with money going to NACOA.

Hand sprayed stickers for Upfest '11

At least 20 of these jumbo THIS! stickers will be available to buy at Upfest 2011 in Bristol next weekend, with proceeds going to NACAO.

Each is hand sprayed and in a unique colour way - they measure about 6 inches square each.

Nearly coughed up a lung from all the paint fumes so won't be doing any more for a good while!

Sand, Sea and Spray - Blackpool 2011

Possibly the most fun weekend ever. Our homage to a Blackpool boy, despite rain stopping spray for a couple of hours. This was in the smoking yard at Club Sanuk.

Massive thanks to Robin for sorting the weekend out, and to Caroline and Kerry too for showing us the beautiful highs and lows of Blackpool. Too many good pieces happened all over town - see the rest here.

New THIS! stickers

A few test stickers of our latest childish design. Wanna get a better hand model though.

I.S.O. big, fat chunky builder's hands with nails bitten right down. Will be holding our own Hand Idol finals at Upfest this year. :D

Woburn - Bedford St Gallery - Exposure!

Another great weekend in Woburn, painting in the sun, meeting new peeps. Crazy painted sheds dotted all around the village as part of the Exposure! event, and loads of cool canvases e.t.c. in the gallery.

Thanks to John & Johann for setting this up again, and to Ben & the guys for the invite. :)

Supercans at The Hobbit

Third time down in Southampton - you know it's always gonna be good, esp when you've got a live Steel Band doing covers of Brown Girl In The Ring right in your earhole half way through the afternoon.

Loved giving this old telly a makeover though. Was the highlight really. Need to do more installations!

The actual piece we were going to paint got banned before it even made the wall (NB. never let anyone in on what you're actually planning) which kind of threw us and the final wall ended up a bit empty. Maybe we'll finish it off next year and post a pic then. ;^)
